Shipping

How much is postage?


Shipping is £2.40 when the total is under £10 and a flat rate of £4.75 per order for anything over £10. We also offer free in store collection from our Norwich address: Hollipops 6 Nelson Street, Norwich, England. NR2 4DN. Shipping is via Royal Mail. We attempt to despatch orders within 24 hours however, please allow up to 72 hour for dispatch.




Do you ship internationally?


We certainly do! For packages of up to 2kg a postage charge of £12.95 will apply. Orders over 2kg will be subject to extra postage costs, details of which can be obtained by emailing contact@hollipopshop.com.





Returns

How do I return my item?


In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days in its original, saleable condition.

You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.

Sale items cannot not be refunded but can be exchanged within 7 days.

Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your account or card, our team will contact you.

Can I return sale items?


Unfortunately sale items cannot not be refunded but can be exchanged within 7 days.




My item is damaged, what should I do?


For any damaged or faulty items the customer must notify Hollipops upon receipt of faulty goods. It is recommended that royal mail signed for be used as proof of posting. Upon the receipt of the goods we will conduct an inspection of the goods and if the goods are found to be faulty we will refund the items cost within 10 working days.
