How much is postage?
Shipping is £2.40 when the total is under £10 and a flat rate of £4.75 per order for anything over £10.
Do you ship internationally?
We certainly do! For packages of up to 2kg a postage charge of £12.95 will apply. Orders over 2kg will be subject to extra postage costs, details of which can be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return my item?
You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning any item is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less delivery charge.
Sale items cannot not be refunded but can be exchanged within 7 days.
Please allow 10 working days from when the product has been received by us to process a refund. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same account or card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your account or card, our team will contact you.
